Naturally Flavoured Water You'll Actually Want to Drink!

Are you still buying bottled water?

According to the National Resources Defense Council, 90% of what you pay for a bottle of water goes toward packaging, shipping, and advertising - talk about a waste of money! not to mention, many bottles wind up in landfills, where they might take thousands of years to decompose, definitely not environmentally friendly! But one of my biggest pet peeves is bottled flavoured water. They are often bulked up with added colors, sugars, and other unhealthy agents. So next time skip the store, then, and mix these up yourself!

You're body will thank you for the hydration and your taste buds will thank you for the fun!
